Job description: Head of Treasury

Tasks

• You will assume responsibility for the Treasury & Foreign Exchange team and ensure that business activities are handled efficiently and profitably.
• In partnership with the bank's other key functions, you define the strategy for liquidity management and interest rate risks.
• You take and lead initiatives to support the Bank's competitive positioning and promote your interests in the markets.
• In addition, the variety of responsibilities enables you to carry out refinancing and investment transactions, manage transfer prices and ensure the smooth processing of customer transactions.
• To stay up to date, you follow developments on the financial markets and actively maintain a nationwide network.

Requirements

• You have a university degree (Master's and other specialist qualifications) and both conceptual and operational experience in the treasury sector as well as a good knowledge of banking regulation;
• You have experience in team leadership and recognized social skills;
• Your background shows a high level of expertise in derivatives trading with interest rates, FX and DCM as well as good knowledge of information systems (Bloomberg, Refinitiv);
• You are a disciplined and analytical person who thinks entrepreneurially and keeps a cool head even in hectic situations;
• and finally your communicative skills in French as well as in German and English.
