Job description

We are looking for an experienced professional to serve as Head of High-Net-Worth Private Clients. Our high-net-worth private clients in Biel, Bern, and Thun have a wide range of needs when it comes to advisory and client management services.

Tasks

- Management of the Private Client Wealth Management segment in the Biel-Mittelland, Bern, and Emmental regions, serving approximately 1,000 clients - Responsibility for advising and supporting high-net-worth private clients and developing relationships with securities dealers - Regular performance and development reviews for the current generation of private client advisors and securities dealers, among others - Strategic, innovative, entrepreneurial, and proactive advice for our clients, along with digital support - A genuine challenge offering considerable autonomy and opportunities for growth and development

Requirements

- At least 10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector - Experience working with high-net-worth private clients - Strong expertise in client management, particularly in the areas of advisory services and client support - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - A commitment to continuous learning and a high degree of adaptability
