Head of Private Banking
The position of Head of Wealthy Private Clients includes responsibility for sales and client advisory services in the area of wealthy private clients, as well as the management of employees. The focus is on client support, achieving growth targets and representing the bank in the catchment area.
Your tasks
- Responsible for sales and results in the areas of investments, financing, financial advisory and basic services
- Planning, organizing and providing advice and support to customers in your own area
- Participating in the sales management team of the Limmattal branch group and taking on sub-projects in the market area
- Promoting and developing your employees
- Representing the local bank in the Dietikon catchment area
- Cooperation with the growth partner Private Banking and with the corporate client teams to exploit potential
Your profile
- Motivation and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding performance with your team and achieve ambitious growth targets
- You score points with your trusting, dynamic and customer-centric manner
- Many years of experience in advising wealthy private clients
- Sound knowledge of all sales-related topics (investments, financing, succession, pensions and taxes)
- Completed banking training or equivalent training
- Further training is an advantage (e.g. HFBF, FA Financial Planner, Bachelor in Banking & Finance)
