Head of Financial Planning in Freiburg
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a Head of Wealth Management in Fribourg who will define the business unit’s strategy and lead a team of specialists. The ideal candidate has in-depth banking knowledge, leadership experience, and a very good command of German and French.
Tasks
- Defining and implementing the wealth management strategy in collaboration with the General Directorate.
- Ensuring the commercial, financial, and operational performance of the business unit.
- Promoting a culture of excellence in financial advisory services and the customer experience.
- Motivating, supporting, and guiding the team as it works toward ambitious goals.
- Ensuring consistent risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key partners, as well as representing the bank in matters related to customers.
Requirements
- You have a college degree or equivalent education, as well as in-depth knowledge of banking, supplemented by experience in the finance and investment sectors.
- You are a recognized leader who can motivate your team, help them grow, and guide them toward excellence in an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
- You possess strategic vision and a strong business acumen. You know how to set priorities, manage change, and turn opportunities into concrete results.
- You build trust through your interpersonal skills, your ability to listen, and your communication and persuasion skills.
- You build lasting relationships with your customers as well as with our female customers and business partners.
- They are well-connected within the regional economy and have a high-quality network.
- They are also able to understand the language and culture of their client base, as well as the laws and regulations of the respective jurisdiction.
- You are a native speaker of French or German and have a very good command of the other language.
