Tasks

• As the head of the Wealth Planning team, you will be responsible for inspiring, leading, and developing a team of specialists in the field of wealth planning as they serve families and entrepreneurs.
• Translating the strategy into clearly defined goals and understandable communication.
• Promote and strengthen employee motivation.
• Recognize the team's potential and develop it in a targeted manner.
• To support clients in the areas of financial planning, retirement, taxes, and estate planning, and to become their trusted partner.
• Collaborate with the bank's various business segments, particularly Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Corporate Banking.
• To ensure compliance with the latest guidelines and standards in wealth management.

Requirements

• A college degree, advanced education, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in management and wealth planning, particularly with companies and families facing complex financial situations.
• Strategic thinking, a spirit of innovation, and strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Ability to make decisions, communicate clearly, and persuade others, as well as to coach, challenge, and motivate employees.
• A strong ability to strengthen customer relationships and build new contacts through networking and business development.
• Effective prioritization and efficient planning of time and resources.
• Selected Communication Skills.
• German, to serve German-speaking customers, as well as a good command of French.
