Tasks

Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

• Translating the strategy into clearly defined goals and ensuring clear communication within the team.
• Fostering and strengthening employee motivation
• Recognize the team’s potential and develop it in a targeted manner
• Support clients in the areas of retirement planning, retirement, taxes, and estate planning, and become their trusted partner
• Collaborate with the bank’s various business units, particularly Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Corporate Banking
• Contribute to a healthy risk culture that is consistent with all legal requirements, guidelines, and standards in wealth management.

Your profile

- A college degree, advanced degree, or equivalent qualification - Proven leadership and wealth management experience, particularly in supporting female entrepreneurs, businesses, and families with complex financial situations - Strategic thinking, a spirit of innovation, and a strong sense of initiative - Ability to make decisions, communicate clearly, and persuade others, as well as to coach, challenge, and motivate employees and delegate tasks effectively - Confident prioritization and efficient time and resource management - Strong ability to strengthen client relationships and build new contacts through networking and business development - Excellent communication skills in German to serve German-speaking clients, as well as very good knowledge of French.
