Tasks

Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

• Translating the strategy into clearly defined goals and ensuring clear communication within the team.
• Fostering and strengthening employee motivation
• Recognize the team’s potential and develop it in a targeted manner
• Support clients in the areas of retirement planning, retirement, taxes, and estate planning, and become their trusted partner
• Collaborate with the bank’s various business units, particularly Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Corporate Banking
• Contribute to a healthy risk culture that is consistent with all legal requirements, guidelines, and standards in wealth management.

Your profile

Your profile should meet the following requirements:

• A college degree, advanced education, or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in executive and wealth management, particularly in advising female entrepreneurs, businesses, and families with complex financial situations
• Strategic thinking, a spirit of innovation, and a strong sense of initiative
• Ability to make decisions, communicate clearly, and persuade others, as well as to coach, challenge, and motivate employees and delegate tasks in a targeted manner
• Effective prioritization and efficient time and resource management
• A strong ability to strengthen customer relationships and build new connections through networking and business development
• Excellent communication skills in German for assisting German-speaking customers, as well as a very good command of French.
