Tasks

  • In your role as Head, you will be responsible for the management and further development of asset management in the Upper Valais region.
  • They accompany and coach the consultants at the various locations.
  • You manage sales activities, maintain existing customer relationships and drive the acquisition of new customers.
  • You are also responsible for ensuring that the defined sales targets are achieved.
  • You look after your own customer portfolio and recognize the potential of existing and potential customers.
  • You will receive further training and make an important contribution to strengthening the skills in your team - especially in a field of activity that is constantly changing.
  • They ensure that regulatory requirements and internal guidelines are implemented and complied with.

Requirements

  • You have a higher education and many years of banking and management experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have experience in supporting clients in the asset management business.
  • Your communication and negotiation skills enable you to achieve the goals you set yourself.
  • You will have a regional network that will enable us to expand our client base in asset management.
  • You are characterized by a high level of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • You have a strong organizational talent and are able to act confidently in unforeseen situations.
  • Your language skills are a plus.
