Tasks

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in the banking sector and, ideally, initial experience in sales, including as a sales or customer loyalty specialist
  • Experience in a banking environment, ideally in a management position, or experience in a human resources development department
  • Enjoyment of leading, coordinating, managing, and supporting teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of numbers and facts
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills as well as a strong understanding of processes and interrelationships

Profile

  • Experience in sales and resilient, communicative, empathetic, and persuasive
  • Concerns that customers value and the ability to quickly empathize with customers and their needs
  • Team player with a strong sense of constructive collaboration and experience in coaching and leadership
  • Versatile, flexible, and performance-oriented
  • Degree in business administration or a related field
