Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the banking sector and, ideally, initial experience in sales, including as a sales or customer loyalty specialist
- Experience in a banking environment, ideally in a management position, or experience in a human resources development department
- Enjoyment of leading, coordinating, managing, and supporting teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of numbers and facts
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills as well as a strong understanding of processes and interrelationships
Profile
- Experience in sales and resilient, communicative, empathetic, and persuasive
- Concerns that customers value and the ability to quickly empathize with customers and their needs
- Team player with a strong sense of constructive collaboration and experience in coaching and leadership
