Head of Preventive Care Operations

Zuger Kantonalbank is looking for a Head of Pension Operations to lead the Pension Operations team and manage private pension matters (pillar 3a and vested benefits). The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in the field of pensions, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of processes.

Your tasks

  • Personnel and technical management as well as further development of the Vorsorge Operations team
  • Securing/monitoring private pension provision (pillar 3a and vested benefits)
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance (BVG, BVV, etc.)
  • Monitoring legal developments in the area of pillar 3a and vested benefits, as well as deriving, planning, and implementing necessary measures
  • Further development and optimization of processes in terms of operational excellence
  • Management and collaboration in projects in the field of pension provision, as well as active collaboration in projects/process improvements
  • Technical interface with the foundations, including preparation/support with applications and ensuring proper service provision and transparent cost reporting
  • Organization and coordination of professional and technical internal/external experts at Geldbank

Our requirements

  • Several years of professional experience and further training in the field of pensions, and very good knowledge of the relevant regulatory framework (BVG, BVV, etc.)
  • Leadership experience or recognizable potential for a management role
  • Strong understanding of processes and interest in optimization and further development
  • Structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
