Head of Preventive Care Operations

Tasks

• Personnel and technical management as well as further development of the Vorsorge Operations team
• Ensuring the administration of private pension provision (pillar 3a) and release order
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations via existing procedures, processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements (BVG, BVV, etc.)
• Monitoring legal developments in the area of pillar 3a and release points, as well as deriving, planning, and implementing necessary measures
• Further development and optimization of processes in terms of operational excellence
• Management and participation in projects in the pension provision environment, as well as collaboration on system optimization and process improvements
• Technical interface with the foundations, including performing supervisory, coordination, and administrative tasks, as well as ensuring proper

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the field of pensions and/or in a regulatory role (BVG, BVV, etc.)
• Leadership experience or recognizable potential for a management role
• Strong understanding of processes and interest in optimizing and further developing structures, independent and high-quality work
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
