Head of Account Management
The Swiss National Bank is looking for an experienced leader as Head of Account Management (80%-100%) to lead a team responsible for account and custody account management for SNB business partners. The position offers a responsible and challenging job in a collegial environment with modern working conditions.

Head of Account Management (80% -100%)
Your contribution
- Personnel and technical management of 6 employees as well as active assistance in day-to-day business;
- Management of all SNB accounts for the Federal Administration, business customers and staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. KYC, AMLA, fraud) and professional processing of customer concerns;
- Collaboration in projects and continuous optimization of processes in their field of work;
- Assumption of auditing and monitoring tasks and regular exchange with the internal compliance and legal departments.
Your knowledge and experience
- University degree with a focus on banking and finance;
- Selected management experience, conceptual skills and enjoyment of working in day-to-day business;
- Several years of professional experience in banking with a focus on customer account management and very good knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements;
- precise working methods, trustworthiness and reliability as well as a pronounced customer orientation;
- Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written), good knowledge of French an advantage.
