Head of Cash Market

Your contribution

• Personnel and management responsibility for around 40 employees, including budget responsibility for the organizational unit (OU);
• Member of the division management team;
• Further development and implementation of the cash supply strategy with external partners;
• Management of the two operational cash locations;
• Collaboration in central logistics and purchasing projects;
• Responsibility for the design, organization, and execution of market analyses;
• Planning and implementation of surveys;
• Preparing reports for bank management bodies and giving presentations.

Your knowledge and experience

• A university degree in economics or business administration, as well as proven conceptual and analytical skills;
• Relevant professional and management experience, as well as a strong affinity for topics such as payment transactions and cash;
• High social and leadership skills, a resilient and assertive personality with a confident manner, and the ability to communicate at various levels;
• Excellent German, as well as good French and English skills;
• In-depth IT knowledge is an advantage.
