Your contribution

• Strategic, technical and personnel management of the unit with eight employees;
• Analyzing and reporting on developments on the financial markets for the attention of the departmental and bank management, in particular with regard to the monetary policy decision-making process;
• Continuous monitoring of the financial markets and structured exchange with relevant market participants;
• Tactical responsibility for the implementation of monetary policy on the foreign exchange and money market.

Your knowledge and experience

• University degree at Master's level or equivalent profile;
• Several years of experience in analyzing financial markets & market creation with a keen interest in monetary policy;
• Ideally management experience and/or experience in project management is an advantage; high social and leadership skills;
• High personal integrity, a strong sense of performance and responsibility as well as a confident manner and the ability to communicate at different hierarchical levels;
• Business fluent communication (verbal and written) in German or French and English.
