The position of Head of Major Cash Projects at the Swiss National Bank involves leading an interdisciplinary project team, responsibility for various specialist areas and the management of projects in the area of cash. Head of Major Projects Cash Division (80% - 100%)

Your contribution

  • Steering, leading and coordinating the interdisciplinary project team; organizing and optimizing resources and their use;
  • Overall responsibility for the specialist areas of communication, design, product and technology. Achievement of the project goals within the framework of the specified guidelines (scope, budget, milestones, risks), creation of concepts, applications and project reports appropriate to the level;
  • Managing and monitoring pending issues and decisions as well as monitoring the achievement of targets and performance (results control);
  • Ensuring the interfaces between the project team, the higher-level committees and the industry partners (stakeholder management)

Your knowledge and experience

  • Completed business or technical training or further education (university or university of applied sciences);
  • Experience in both the management and operational collaboration of complex projects, ideally in the product development and printing industry; extensive conceptual and methodological experience in agile and classic project management;
  • High social and communication skills; structured, analytical way of working and high sense of responsibility as well as independent working;
  • Experienced with MS Office and SharePoint;
  • Communication in German or French appropriate to the target group or level with a good understanding of the other national language and business fluent in English.
