Head of Network Services

Job description

The Network Services Management Unit (FE) is responsible for the operation, security, and strategic development of network and network security architectures. The position is based in Zurich.

Your contribution

• Providing personal and professional leadership for the unit, which consists of 8 employees;
• Ensuring productive operations in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLA);
• Management and oversight of the R&D project portfolio;
• Collaboration on strategic projects at SNB-IT.

Your knowledge and experience

• A completed bachelor's or associate's degree;
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills;
• Proven leadership and project experience in the field of network and network security architectures;
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels;
• Business fluent in German or French as well as English.
