Head of He Management
The position of Head of Er Management in Basel includes responsibility for building management, building security as well as budgeting and cost control in facility management. The job holder will also be supported in projects such as renovations or relocations and will be involved in the development of guidelines and standards.
Tasks
- Responsibility for building management; coordination across towers with tenants and property management
- Role as Local Security Officer (LSO) of the branch; ensuring building security, alarm management, implementation of internal standards
- Budgeting, cost control, checking and approval of invoices in facility management
- Compliance with and further development of processes, guidelines and bank-specific standards
- Support with projects such as renovation or relocation
- Participation in the development of guidelines, processes, standards and service levels in the areas of responsibility
