Head of Hospitality Services

Tasks

• They combine excellent hospitality with strategic leadership and know how to successfully develop sophisticated service organizations with a clear focus on external customers (local and international) and high-quality user experiences.
• You have experience leading large teams and add value through high-quality service, efficiency, and reliable partnerships.
• You will take charge of our Hospitality Services within UBS Real Estate & Services (SRES) and help shape the further development of our strategic service offerings in line with our key competencies.
• They lead an experienced team of managers and specialists in the areas of Reception, Conference & Event Services, as well as Staff Catering, Client Dining & Pantry Services.

Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent higher education in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
• Several years of experience leading large teams and complex service organizations, ideally in a demanding hospitality, corporate services, luxury, or premium client environment
• International flair and cultural sensitivity when interacting with discerning customers, guests, and stakeholders from diverse markets and cultures
• Demonstrable success in further developing services, processes, and service concepts to improve service quality and the digital user experience in various ways
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Business-level proficiency in German and English
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to implement strategies operationally
• Strong interest in digital transformation, technology, and process optimization
