Head of Credit Processing (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Technical and operational management of credit processing
• Implementation of and compliance with regulatory requirements in the interests of the bank
• Preparation of loan agreements and periodic review of personal loan agreements, review of documents for mortgages and corporate clients, review for completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements, preparation of contract documents, disbursement and settlement of loan positions
• Plausibility check of property valuations using the bank's own valuation tool
• Management of credit positions: Processing of construction invoices, management of mortgage residual funds, control of mortgage residual funds, control of e-dossier
• Support and training of sales employees in credit matters
• Telephone, written and electronic communication with public authorities, insurance companies and other banks

Requirements

• Completed banking training and further training in business or banking management
• Enjoy not only understanding regulatory requirements, but also actively implementing them in a solution-oriented manner
• Sound knowledge and several years of experience in the credit sector
• Experience in managing employees preferred
• Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as assertiveness
• Independent, precise and efficient way of working
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Good IT skills and openness to digital developments
