Head of Credit Processing (m/f/d)

Job description

Tasks

• Technical and operational management of credit processing
• Implementation of and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Preparation of credit dossiers and periodic review of private and corporate clients, checking documents for completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements, preparation of contractual documents, disbursement and processing of credit items, etc.
• Plausibility check of property valuations using standard bank valuation methods
• Management of credit positions:
  • Processing of construction invoices, management of mortgage master data, control tasks, maintenance of e-dossier
  • Support and payment of sales channels
  • Telephone, written and electronic communication with public officials, insurance companies and other banks

Requirements

• Completed banking training and further training in business administration
• Enjoy not only understanding regulatory requirements, but also actively implementing them in a solution-oriented manner
• Sound knowledge and proven experience in the credit sector
• Experience in managing employees
• Service-oriented thinking and acting as well as assertiveness
• Independent, precise and efficient way of working
• Availability for a pragmatic, results-oriented way of working
• Good IT skills and openness to digital developments
