Raiffeisenbank Münchwilen-Tobel is looking for a motivated individual for the position of Head of Services and as a member of the Bank Management, who will be responsible for the management of the Services organizational unit and for the area of bank management. Head of Services and Member of Bank Management (f/m/d) 80 -100%

Tasks

  • You will be responsible for managing the Services organizational unit, which comprises the following areas: Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management, Accounting, Controlling, Compliance, AML and Money Laundering, ICS, Quality Control, Reporting and IT.
  • You will be responsible for bank management; supervision, budgeting, controlling and asset & liability management.
  • You will be responsible for managing the two teams, Specialist Processing and Credit Office, with a total of 8 employees.
  • In cooperation with the Board of Directors and the bank management, you will shape and develop the future of our bank and contribute your ideas and perspectives effectively.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Strategic and analytical thinking as well as entrepreneurial action
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
