Head of Services and Member of Bank Management (f/m/d) 80 -100%

Tasks

• You will be responsible for managing the Services organizational unit, which comprises the following areas: Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management, Loss Containment, Payment Transactions, Accounting, Controlling, Compliance, VSE and Money Laundering, ICS, Quality Control, Reporting and IT.
• You will be responsible for bank management; financial statements, budgeting, controlling and asset & liability management.
• You will be responsible for managing the two teams, Specialist Processing and Credit Office, with a total of 8 employees.
• In cooperation with the Board of Directors and the bank management, you will shape and develop the future of our bank and contribute your ideas and perspectives effectively.

Requirements

• Completed studies or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Strategic and analytical thinking as well as entrepreneurial action
• Strong leadership and communication skills
