Requirements

• Banking Training Specialization (Specialization for Apprenticeship or Continuing Education)
• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, or related field)
• At least some professional experience in a bank branch setting in the area of payment transactions, as well as the ability to consistently apply digital processes and procedures
• Analytical problem-solving skills and delegating tasks (including as a manager)
