Tasks

• Supporting the delivery of solutions based on the company's own tools and processes
• Increasing the pace of development and improving release reliability
• Close collaboration with our customers
• Make weekly progress toward milestones, resolve issues, and support other practices
• Ensure that teams are informed about potential conflicts with initiatives through effective communication
• Monitoring and coordinating large-scale projects, developing, delegating, negotiating, and allocating resources
• Set clear project goals and milestones, and create detailed project schedules
• Clear communication with owners and stakeholders regarding changes or issues
• Collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, third-party vendors, and customers
• Promoting close project partnership activities, reviewing key performance indicators, and analyzing key performance indicators
• Create a detailed action plan for delivery at the end of each sprint
• Supporting workloads with software and infrastructure applications, ensuring a fault-tolerant design, and conducting a schedule assessment
• Collaborating with partner teams to understand, track, and prioritize issues
• Supporting Technical Discussions Through the Use of Agile Project Practices
• Defining effective engineering practices, defining key performance indicators, and implementing improvements
• Use of agile techniques for rapid project planning, daily stand-up meetings, demos, and retrospectives
• Quick identification and resolution of conflicts, including metrics, tools, and delivery metrics
• Support in analyzing the product portfolio using various methodologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong ability to analyze and evaluate investments
• Project Management Expertise
• Attention to detail
• Expertise in software development at various levels, such as implementation on custom technology configurations
• Expertise in Software Development Infrastructure (SSE)
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform
• Experience managing complex systems and integrations
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Linux, Ansible, and tech or app configuration frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
