Lisbon Structuring Team Lead

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the Structuring Team desk in Lisbon, including day-to-day pricing, generating trade ideas, and automating payoffs
• Develop new products by identifying relative value, market trends, and pricing for cross-asset products
• Arrange customized structured products with external counterparties
• Development of automated pricing tools designed for all front-office teams (Sales, Structuring, Trading)

What You'll Need

• Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (Pure Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Economics)
• At least 10 years of professional experience in structuring complex transactions and launching new product platforms (*)
• A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Expertise - Strong knowledge of structured product pricing and structuring
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows using the Python programming language
