LISBON STRUCTURING TEAM LEADER

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and manage the Structuring Team desk in Lisbon, including day-to-day pricing, trade idea generation, and payoff analysis
• Pricing of cross-asset products
• Develop new products by identifying relative value, market trends, and new business opportunities
• Arrange customized structured products with external counterparties as needed
• Development of automated pricing tools designed for all front-office teams (Sales, Structuring, Trading)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (Pure Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Economics)
• At least 10 years of professional experience in structuring complex transactions and launching new product platforms (*)
• A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows using Python programming
• Expertise - Strong knowledge of structured product pricing and structuring
