The Risk and Permanent Controls Department is currently seeking a Loan Documentation Officer for its Individual Risk team under a VIE contract. Details:

• Once the credit applications have been approved by the committee, you prepare the offers, calculate the payment terms and penalties, and ensure the traceability of customer files.
• You ensure, or have verified at the credit line level, that the credit approval criteria have been properly applied prior to the transaction being implemented.
• You manage relationships with other departments within the bank regarding credit applications.
• You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the various documents that make up the credit files.
• In collaboration with the Legal Department, you will participate in drafting and developing the contractual basis to meet the specific requirements of various credit transactions.

Profile recherché

• Master's degree or higher
• Education / Specialization: You hold a university degree in banking, insurance, or law, or have equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum experience level: 0–2 years
• Experience: Ideally, you have some initial experience as a legal professional, which has allowed you to gain knowledge in areas such as drafting loan agreements (real estate, personal, and business).

Compétences recherchées

• You have excellent writing skills that enable you to draft contracts with rigor and precision.
• You are comfortable using MS Office software; familiarity with any legal software is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus.
