The Loan Documentation Officer is responsible for preparing loan agreements and guarantees and monitoring loan terms and conditions. The position requires a university degree in banking or law and, ideally, initial experience as a lawyer.

The Risk and Permanent Controls Department is currently seeking a Loan Documentation Officer for its Individual Risks team under a V.I.E. contract. Details:- Once the credit applications have been approved by the committee, you will draft loan offers, loan agreements, and guarantees (surety bonds, pledges, and collateral), and ensure that the terms and conditions of the loans granted to our clients are properly monitored.
- You are also responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions for granting loans to ensure they remain in compliance.
- You manage relationships with notary offices and other departments within the bank in connection with loan applications.
- You verify the accuracy of the various documents included in the credit files.
- In collaboration with the Legal Department, you will participate in drafting and developing the contractual basis to meet the specific requirements of various credit transactions.
Education / Specialization
You hold a university degree in banking, insurance, or law, or have equivalent professional experience. The required level of education is a master’s degree (Bac + 5 / M2) or higher.Experience
Ideally, you have some initial experience as a legal professional, which has allowed you to gain knowledge in areas such as drafting loan agreements (real estate, personal, and business). The minimum required experience is 0 to 2 years.Compétences recherchées
- You have excellent writing skills that enable you to draft contracts with rigor and precision.
- You are comfortable using MS Office software; familiarity with any legal software is a plus.
Langues
Fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, and German is a plus.Job details
