The Risk and Permanent Controls Department is currently looking for a Loan Documentation Officer on a V.I.E. contract for its Individual Risks team. Details:

• Following the approval of credit applications by committees, you will draft offers, loan agreements, and guarantees (deposits, insurance, mortgage commitments, etc.) based on the credit terms and conditions for our customers.
• You ensure or review the conditions for granting credit prior to submitting the contractual documentation.
• You manage relations with notarial offers and other departments of the bank in connection with credit files.
• You check the consistency of the various documents that make up the credit files.
• In collaboration with the Legal Department, you will participate in drafting and developing the contractual basis to meet the specific requirements of various credit transactions.

Profile recherché

• You have a university degree in banking/insurance/law or equivalent professional experience.
• Ideally, you have initial experience as a lawyer, which has enabled you to acquire knowledge in areas such as loan drafting (real estate/individuals/businesses).
• You have excellent writing skills that enable you to draft contracts with rigor and precision.

Skills and tools

• You have access to the intranet; knowledge of any legal software is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent French and English. Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, and German is an asset.
