Loan Servicing, Associate 2

Tasks

As a Loan Servicing Specialist, Associate 2, you will perform the following tasks:

• Performing daily maintenance and record keeping for syndicated bank loans held in various investment funds and other structured products
• Processing payments, tracking interest and disruptions
• Daily reconciliation of cash balances
• Preparation of daily and ad hoc reports on portfolio holdings and interest rate information
• Review of standard and ad hoc reports for internal and external customers
• Responding to customer inquiries on a daily basis
• Daily processing of bank credit notifications received from agent banks
• Collaborate with the investment manager on assigned portfolios, review/negotiate trades, execute ad hoc requests, and provide daily reports in accordance with client-specific guidelines.
• Work with the mutual fund team to provide credit-related reports that are included in the final NAV calculation.
• Identification of unusual or potentially escalating transaction activities and reporting or escalation in accordance with company policies and guidelines
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical decision-making abilities

Education and preferred qualifications

• Experience in accounting, finance, investment fund management, credit management, or related fields (preferred)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
