Local Third Party Officer CoE Support 100% (m/f/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Local Third Party Officer (CoE Support) to assist the IT Governance and Sourcing department with the risk assessment of third parties. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating outsourcing requests, monitoring risk mitigation measures, and preparing reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
Tasks
- Support and coordination of intra- and inter-group outsourcing requests and other critical third-party engagements
- Validation of internal questionnaires and due diligence checks in ServiceNow (TPRM tool)
- Monitoring the implementation of risk mitigation measures
- Coordination of the ongoing monitoring process
- Supporting LTOs in the development of Global Minimum Controls and reporting
- Initiation and coordination of the reassessment process
- Preparation of internal reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Assisting with the resolution of internal and external audit findings, compliance inquiries, and risk issues
- Collaboration with subject matter experts
- Tool support and reporting of TPRM-related data (e.g., ServiceNow, Tableau, PowerPoint)
Requirements
