Local Third Party Officer CoE Support 100% (m/f/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Local Third Party Officer CoE Support to assist the IT Governance and Sourcing department with the risk assessment of third-party providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating monitoring processes, preparing reports, and collaborating with subject matter experts.
Tasks
- Support in preparing risk assessments in connection with third parties (e.g., outsourcing, cloud, or other critical third-party services)
- Ensuring ongoing or risk-related measures
- Coordination of the ongoing monitoring process
- Supporting LTOs in implementing global minimum controls and reporting
- Initiation and coordination of the revaluation process
- Preparation of internal reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Collaboration in resolving internal/external audit issues, compliance inquiries, and risk issues
- Collaboration with subject matter experts
- Tool support and reporting of TPRM-related data (e.g., Service Now, Tableau, PowerPoint)
- Coordination and support of global colleagues (Local Third Party Officers)
Requirements
- Good risk management practice and understanding of outsourcing/TPRM regulations
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
