Local Third Party Officer CoE Support 100% (m/f/d)
The position as Local Third Party Officer CoE Support at Julius Baer in Madrid involves assisting with the implementation of risk assessments for third-party providers and coordinating monitoring processes. The incumbent supports the IT governance and sourcing team in implementing risk mitigation measures and reporting to management and supervisory authorities.
Tasks
- Monitoring the implementation of risk mitigation measures
- Coordination of the ongoing monitoring process
- Supporting LTOs in implementing global minimum controls and reporting
- Initiation and coordination of the reassessment process
- Preparation of internal reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Assistance in resolving internal/external audit issues, compliance inquiries, and risk issues
- Collaboration with subject matter experts
- Tool support and reporting of TPRM-related data (e.g., Service Now, Tableau, PowerPoint)
- Coordination and support of global colleagues (Local Third Party Officers)
Requirements
- Good risk management practice and understanding of outsourcing/TPRM regulations
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
