The Local Third Party Officer CoE Support Lead is responsible for assisting with the implementation of risk assessments for third-party providers and leads the local TPRM team. Responsibilities include monitoring risk mitigation measures, coordinating monitoring processes, and reporting to management and regulatory authorities.
Job description
Tasks
- Monitoring or implementation of risk minimization measures
- Coordination of the ongoing monitoring process
- Supporting LTOs in completing global minimum controls services and reporting
- Triggering and coordination of the revaluation process
- Preparation of internal reports for management and regulatory authorities
- Contribution to regulatory and internal/external audit issues, compliance inquiries, and resolution of risk issues
- Collaboration with subject matter experts
- Tool support and reporting of TPRM-related data (e.g., Service Now, Tableau, PowerPoint)
- Coordination and support of global headquarters (Local Third Party Officers)
- Management of the TPRM team locally
Requirements
- Good knowledge of risk management. Understanding of outsourcing/TPRM regulations.
- Open and approachable, with a genuine interest in people
- Reporting skills (e.g., Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Results-oriented
