Lombard Lending Client Advisor & Coordinator, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Tasks

The position of Lombard Lending Client Advisor & Coordinator involves the following responsibilities:

• Analysis of Lombard collateral risks and financial capacity for additional funding through coordination with front-office units and clients
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and front-office units to promote additional Lombard loan products and services
• Development of new product guidelines and specific first-line monitoring processes for new Lombard products
• Improving existing marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and websites to promote Lombard loans on a global scale
• Development and coordination of specific regional Lombard campaigns
• Support for the product, investment, and solutions units in investment advisory, wealth planning, cross-asset sales, and trading

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• A customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• In-depth understanding of Lombard loan principles, structuring, guidelines, and regulations, as well as industry practices
• Experience in developing specific product guidelines and campaigns for certain Lombard loan categories
• Customer-focused and advisory experience in negotiating and structuring Lombard solutions
• Ability to conduct credit and collateral training for customer-facing staff
• Understanding the monitoring of Lombard-related risks from the perspective of collateral and customer top-ups
• Experience with Lombard-related pricing models, pricing exemption processes, and commercial aspects
