Lombard Lending Client Advisor & Coordinator, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Job description

The position of Lombard Lending Client Advisor & Coordinator plays a critical role in lending, collateral valuation, and the structuring of Lombard loans, as well as in loan monitoring. The role also involves advising and coordinating with clients to facilitate the global growth of Lombard loans.

Tasks

* Analyzing credit collateral risks and financial capacity by coordinating with front-office units and clients to gather necessary client financial information * Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and front-office units to promote additional Lombard loan products and services * Developing new product guidelines and specific monitoring processes for new Lombard products * Improving existing marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and websites to promote Lombard loans on a global basis * Creating and coordinating specific regional Lombard campaigns * Supporting the Product Investment Solutions units in investment advisory, wealth planning, cross-asset sales, and trading

Requirements

* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach * In-depth understanding of Lombard loan principles, structuring, policies, and regulations, as well as industry practices * Experience in developing specialized product campaigns and guidelines for specific Lombard loan segments * Experience in advising clients and structuring Lombard solutions, including cash, guarantee, and derivatives trading * Ability to provide training on Lombard loans to client advisors to prepare them for client needs * Understanding of monitoring Lombard-related risks from the perspective of credit security and client margin calls
