Lombard Lending Client Advisor & Coordinator

Tasks

The position of Lombard Lending Client Advisor & Coordinator involves the following responsibilities:
  • Analysis of Lombard collateral risks and financial capacity for additional financing through coordination with front-office units and clients during the collection of necessary client financial information
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and front-office units to promote additional Lombard-related credit products and services
  • Development of new product guidelines and specific first-line monitoring processes for new Lombard products
  • Improving existing marketing materials, brochures, internal and external presentations, and intranet and website pages to promote Lombard Lending on a global basis
  • Development and coordination of specific regional Lombard campaigns
  • Support for the Product Investment Solutions units in Investment Advisory, Wealth Planners, Cross-Asset Sales, and Trading

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:
  • Customer-focused with market experience in the origination and structuring of secured loans and liquidity solutions
  • Ability to conduct credit and collateral training for customer-facing staff to enable them to identify customer needs and provide appropriate advice
  • Understanding the monitoring aspects of Lombard-related exposure risk management from the perspective of collateral and customer top-ups
  • Support for the conceptual development of Lombard simulation and monitoring tools to enhance the customer lifecycle in a sophisticated manner
  • Experience with Lombard-related pricing models, pricing exception approval processes, and all commercial aspects related to Lombard rates
  • Marketing expertise to improve Lombard-related promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, intranet/website pages, case studies, and training programs
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, and other software applications used by the department
  • Relevant experience in a Lombard loan-related role, preferably at a major bank with significant Lombard exposure to high-net-worth clients
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
