Lombard/Mortgage Credit Risk Management Officer, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Close collaboration with the Credit and Legal departments to conduct credit checks and prepare reports.
• Management of Lombard and mortgage loans in the distribution process, as well as approval by the competency holder.
• Collaboration with the bank's legal department.
• Conducting audits and reviews to ensure that credit activities comply with compliance regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• A university degree with a focus on finance or comparable higher education or qualification.
• Knowledge of Lombard products and the real estate market in France and Monaco.
• Strong analytical skills, a calculated approach to risk-taking, and staying up to date on legal, tax, and real estate matters.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a bank.
• Good general knowledge, including mortgages and Lombard loans, as well as legal and real estate market-related topics.
• Excellent and precise writing skills.
• A strong understanding of the principles, guidelines, and procedures of credit risk management.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations, analyses, and reports.
• A curious, knowledgeable, and ethical mind.
• Thorough and capable of handling transactions from start to finish.
