Job description

The role of IT Test Management & Automation Services Team Lead involves leading and coordinating a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects, and managing day-to-day operational tasks. The role requires ensuring system efficiency, allocating resources, and fostering collaboration within the team. Additionally, the role is expected to provide technical expertise and serve as a role model by creating value for clients, developing teams and talent, and collaborating across the bank.

• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A degree in leadership or training in team management is a plus.
