Tasks

The position as IT Test Management & Automation Services Team Head includes the following tasks:

• Management and coordination of a team of IT professionals
• Monitoring of projects and daily operational tasks
• Ensuring system efficiency, resource allocation, and promoting teamwork
• Providing technical expertise and serving as a role model by delivering value to customers, developing teams and talent, and collaborating across the bank
• Promoting open discussions and honest feedback
• Collaboration across teams, units, and the bank; proactive engagement, partnership, and effective communication with regulatory bodies
• Supporting the continuous development of team members, improving their skills and performance; creating learning opportunities and providing regular feedback to team members
• Responsibility for applications in his/her area (if applicable), including delivery of assigned projects as well as production support and maintenance

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the banking and IT industry
• Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to new situations
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A degree in leadership or training in team management is a plus.
