M365 Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Work as part of an agile team to implement, migrate, and manage Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) within the M365/cloud infrastructure
• Active role in both day-to-day IT administration and strategic projects aimed at improving and developing new M365 services
• Serving as a substitute for technical and personnel roles in the organizational structure and operational processes

Your profile

• Completed training or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of solid professional experience in the M365 environment, ideally in a regulated industry
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (particularly Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive), as well as their operation and integration
• Experience as a Product Owner or Lead Engineer in an agile environment is a plus
• A strong sense of initiative, a commitment to responsibility, and high standards for quality
• An innovative mindset that allows you to balance IT security with a user-friendly experience
• Very good command of German (at least B2/C1 level), both spoken and written
