Job description

Tasks

• Developing and creating pitch materials
• Preparation of client presentations and deal documents, including but not limited to teasers, confidential information memoranda and management presentations
• Carrying out extensive financial and valuation analyses
• Creating advanced financial models that help determine appropriate capital structures, financial covenants and sensitivity to key variables
• Preparation of comprehensive sector-specific and company-specific research
• Development of marketing strategies, implementation of buyer outreach and targeting
• Management of due diligence and provision of transaction support
• Support for transaction negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Emphasis on business administration, finance, accounting or similar subjects preferred
• Strong knowledge of M&A and capital raising with the ability to creatively apply skills to a diverse clientele and transactions
• Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills. Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
• FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses required or to be obtained within the first six months of employment
