The position as M&A, Investment Banking Analyst involves working in the M&A team at the Frankfurt branch of an international medium-sized investment bank. The duties include preparing and presenting business plans, information memoranda, and supporting financial analysis. There is also a business development aspect, with the opportunity to develop skills in business acquisition and complementing the team within the investment banking sector.

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity for the investment banking sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience
• Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Robust financial and analytical skill set
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
