- Significant interpersonal interaction with both clients and investors in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis
- Business development with the opportunity to develop skills, both through the creation of business and by complementing the team's expertise in the industrial sector
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Existing affinity to the industry sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience (is a plus)
- Financial qualification (e.g. ACA)
- Previous involvement in several M&A transactions from start to finish
- Robust financial and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a "can-do" mentality
