Alantra is seeking an M&A Investment Banking Analyst (m/f/d) in London, UK to assist in the preparation and presentation of business plans and financial analysis to clients and investors, including a business development role. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience, a finance qualification and experience in M&A transactions.

- The job involves significant interpersonal interactions with both clients and investors in the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memoranda and supporting financial analysis.
- There is also a business development aspect, with the opportunity to develop skills, both through deal origination and by adding to the expertise of the team within the industry sector.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Existing affinity to the industrial sector, acquired through academic and/or professional experience (will be considered a plus)
- Financial qualification (e.g. ACA)
- Previous involvement in several M&A transactions, from start to finish
- Robust financial and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a "can do" mentality
