M&A, Investment Banking Analyst (New York, US)
This job posting is for an M&A and Investment Banking Analyst in New York, USA, at the global financial services group Alantra. The analyst will work directly with the managing directors and be responsible for conducting industry research, performing financial analyses, and assisting with client presentations.
Tasks
- Conduct industry research and prepare customized company analyses
- Develop financial analyses and models
- Assist in preparing customer proposals and presentations
- Manage the data room and coordinate the due diligence process
- Recruit, supervise, and develop interns
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent analytical, creative and strategic thinking skills
- Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required or must be obtained within the first six months of employment
