Tasks

• Conduct industry research and perform individual company analyses.
• Develop financial analyses and models.
• Assist with the creation of client proposals and presentations.
• Manage the data room and coordinate the due diligence process.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop interns.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
• A team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required or must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
