M&A, Investment Banking Analyst (New York, US)
Alantra is seeking an M&A and Investment Banking Analyst in New York, USA, who will work directly with the managing directors and be responsible for supporting client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting and be motivated, creative, and a team player.
Tasks
- Conduct industry research and prepare customized company analyses
- Develop financial analyses and models
- Assist in preparing customer proposals and presentations
- Manage the data room and coordinate the due diligence process
- Recruit, supervise, and develop interns
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent analytical, creative and strategic thinking skills
- Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required or must be obtained within the first six months of employment
