M&A, Investment Banking Analyst (New York, US)
Alantra is seeking an M&A and Investment Banking Analyst in New York, USA, who will work directly with managing directors and be responsible for assisting clients with M&A transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and analytics and be motivated, creative, and a team player.
Tasks
- Conduct industry research and perform individual company analyses.
- Develop financial analyses and models.
- Assist with the creation of client proposals and presentations.
- Manage the data room and coordinate the due diligence process.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop interns.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
- A team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required or must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
