M&A, Investment Banking Analyst (New York, US)
Alantra is seeking an M&A and Investment Banking Analyst in New York who will work directly with managing directors and be responsible for assisting clients with M&A transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and analytics and demonstrate experience in the investment banking industry.
Tasks
- Conduct industry research and prepare customized company analyses
- Develop financial analyses and models
- Assist in preparing customer proposals and presentations
- Manage the data room and coordinate the due diligence process
- Recruit, supervise, and develop interns
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent analytical, creative and strategic thinking skills
- Team player mentality combined with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses are required or must be obtained within the first six months of employment
